Swim stopwatch questions

What can the Swimio stopwatch record?

The classic stopwatch records one precision timer with unlimited manual laps, individual lap times, cumulative times, pause, resume, stop, undo, clear, and reset controls.

How does live pace analysis work?

Choose metres or yards, the distance represented by each lap, and a target pace per 100. Every recorded lap is normalized to pace per 100 and compared with the target in the chart and summary metrics.

What does Target split 45.0s mean?

It is the target time for one selected lap distance. For example, a target pace of 1:30 per 100 metres produces a 45.0-second target for a 50-metre lap.

Does the stopwatch support keyboard shortcuts?

Yes. Press Space to start or pause, L to record a lap, S to stop, and R to reset when focus is not inside an input.

Can I export the times?

Yes. CSV export includes each lap number, individual lap time, and cumulative total.
